This Coffee is Summer (Nicaragua + Kenya + PNG)

It’s getting hot out. So hot. 

You still want a coffee to start your day, but hot drip feels a bit wrong. So, how about an iced coffee?

We designed this blend to specifically to taste great as an iced coffee - in fact, it’s currently being served as an iced flash brew at Butter & Blue Bakery + Cafe in Toronto, Ontario!

It’s a blend of an Nicaragua natural (33%), a washed Kenyan (33%) and a washed Papua New Guinea (33%). The Nicaragua and Kenyan mingle together to create this lovely floral medley of stone fruit (think cherries, nectarines and peach) with the Papua New Guinea rounding it out, adding a bit of body to the cup and a really lovely toffee-caramel finish and aftertaste. The delicate nature of the Africans pair really well with the Papua New Guinea - perfect for a refreshing summery drink.
